The Ancient Indian Texts and the Importance of Yoga in Incorporating Spiritualism
Abstract
The ancient Indian practice of yoga has gained international recognition for its many health advantages, including mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. With its roots in ancient Indian texts like the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and Vedas, yoga offers a comprehensive approach to overall growth. The relevance of yoga as explained in these ancient scriptures is examined in this research article, with a particular emphasis on how it might be used to incorporate spirituality into daily life. This study explains how yoga is a transforming instrument for spiritual growth and self-realization by examining the philosophical foundation, useful techniques, and spiritual insights embedded within these texts.
